What is your ,minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 40'HQ container. Since pulp egg cartons and egg trays are lightweight but voluminous products, shipping by a full container maximizes space utilization and ensures the lowest possible shipping cost per uni.
Are samples free of charge?
Yes. We provide standard stock samples free of charge for structural evaluation and technical testing. Shipping or courier costs are charged separately on a freight collect basis.
What is your standard delivery time?
Our typical production lead time is 20 to 35 days following order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on the total volume and specific branding requirements.
Do you support custom branding, logos, and colors?
Yes. For our classic molded pulp series, we provide custom branding (high-definition labeling, direct printing, and custom colors) on our standard molds to ensure optimal machine compatibility.
