Following a series of comprehensive tests conducted in July 2025, the official MOBA Test Report (CHS5601) confirms that our eco-friendly pulp trays meet the highest standards of machine compatibility and operational efficiency.

Uncompromising Performance in Automation

The technical evaluation focused on the critical stages of the automated packing process. According to the MOBA findings, the CHS5601 tray achieved a "Successful" rating across all core categories:

Denesting Unit: The trays exhibited excellent separation and stability. Features such as flatness on the denester-plateau and the firmness of the pack during separation were rated as "Good," ensuring zero jams in high-speed environments.

Pinconveyor: The trays demonstrated steady behavior during high-speed transport and precise depositing onto the packing lane.

Packinglane: Performance remained flawless during empty pack transport, drop-set opening, and shock absorption, protecting every egg through to the final filled-pack transport stage.

Optimized for Global Grading Standards

The CHS5601 tray is engineered with precise dimensions—292mm x 296mm x 48mm—and a standardized cup-pitch of 45mm, making it an ideal fit for modern poultry operations.
